In developing the Lean Agent Method, the challenge was to identify the activities that, when performed consistently, give experienced agents the best opportunity to create steady, predictable income. Together these activities create a Momentum Engine - the heart of an agent's business.

Once these activities are identified, the Lean Agent Method follows a straightforward two-step process.

First, build the right Structure - tools, systems, processes, and people - that supports the Momentum Engine while keeping overhead lean and complexity to a minimum.

Second, establish a Rhythm for the consistent execution of the activities that matter the most. It transforms good intentions into productive habits and intentional workflow.
